Wisher ("the app") lets you make greeting cards and WhatsApp status images and videos. This policy explains what data the app handles. Contact: aifriends014@gmail.com.

Data that stays on your phone

• Photos you add to a card are processed only on your device. They are never uploaded to us.
• Your name, sign-off, language and settings are stored only on your device.
• People and dates you add for birthday/anniversary reminders are stored only on your device and used to show local notifications.
• Cards you make are saved to your device and shared only where you choose (e.g. WhatsApp).

Data collected by the app

• Usage analytics (Google Firebase Analytics): which categories and designs are opened and shared, app version, device model, OS version, approximate country, and an app-instance identifier. Used to improve the designs and the app.
• Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): technical details of crashes, used to fix bugs.
• Reports and feedback you choose to send from the app (a reason and an optional short comment). Email addresses and long numbers are removed from comments before sending.
• Advertising (Google AdMob): ads are shown in the app. Google may collect the device advertising ID, IP address and ad-interaction data to show and measure ads. In regions where consent is required (e.g. EEA/UK) you are asked first, and you can change your choice. See how Google uses data from partner apps.

We do not sell personal data. Data is sent over encrypted connections. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Content downloads

Card designs and texts are downloaded from our content server (Cloudflare). These requests do not include any personal information.

Permissions

• Notifications: for the morning/night status reminders, festival reminders and reminders for your people. You can turn these off in the app's Settings.
• Photos: only the photo you pick with the system photo picker.
• Internet: to download designs and show ads.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device. To ask for deletion of analytics data linked to your app instance, email us at the address above.
